Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a boutique practice, I intentionally schedule dedicated time for each client so your treatment never feels rushed.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and individual circumstances will always be considered with understanding and discretion.
